Music and Missions
Music, and especially Worship has been our passion and core-business for the last twenty years. Ever since we were young, we both experienced a calling on our lives to worship the King of kings. When we got married in 1991 we began to work as a team. We have been in many many churches, celebrations, conferences, fire nights etc. For years we were blessed to have long term projects. We have been working for the Dutch Evangelical Broadcast Company (EO) for more than 12 years, with a band called De Ronduit Praise band. In this period we have seen that dividing walls between churches, Reformed, Baptist or Catholic, crumbled down because Praise and Worship Nights became a national phenomenon. A place was created to worship the Lord together and in unity, no matter what religious background.
Since 2006 we feel a stronger calling to go out and worship Jesus in “all the nations”. Psalms 57:9 I will thank you, O Lord, among the nations, I will praise you among the peoples. Even on “unusual” places outside the church, dark, and in need of the love of God. We have experienced that wherever we start to worship Jesus and God the Father, His loving presence just changes the atmosphere and people are drawn to the love of the Father. Wether it’s in the Netherlands, Sweden, India, Germany, Israel or Indonesia. This is where our heart is.
